Refunds and Returns – EduGems Online

Overview

EduGems Online sells digital products only (printable PDFs and downloadable files). Because you receive instant access to your files after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once an order is completed.

However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue (for example: corrupt file, wrong file delivered, or download link not working), please contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem.

Digital Products and Eligibility

All items available at EduGems Online are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered via download link.
Because digital files cannot be “returned” like a physical product, refunds are generally not provided.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details so we can review the situation.

When We May Offer a Refund

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

You received a duplicate charge for the same product.
You received the wrong file and we cannot correct it in a reasonable time.
The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working version.

In all cases, we may ask for proof of purchase (order number, email used at checkout, or payment receipt) so we can locate your order.

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully. Because access to digital content is granted immediately, we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, deciding you no longer need the item, or finding a different product elsewhere.

Download Issues

If you have trouble downloading your files, please try:

Checking your email for the download link (and your Spam/Promotions folder).
Logging into your account (if available) to access your downloads.
Trying a different browser or device.

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order details so we can resend the files or help you troubleshoot.

License and Use

All EduGems products are sold for personal/classroom use only, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You may print the files for your own children, students, or personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files or printed pages for commercial use.
